The LifeSci NYC Internship Program offers the chance to complete a single application to gain access to paid internship and job opportunities at dozens of NYC life science companies and organizations. Students from all majors are eligible to apply, as a wide range of science, tech, and business roles are offered. The session will provide information on how to apply, as well as tips for creating a strong application, résumé, and cover letters. Eligibility extends to both undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in universities within the New York City area, as well as residents of New York City currently enrolled in universities elsewhere. Furthermore, recent graduates, having completed their studies in Spring 2022 or thereafter are also eligible to participate in this opportunity.

You can also sign up for the Virtual Career Panel: Computational and Tech Careers in the Life Sciences on Tuesday, Feb. 20 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The panel will feature industry professionals, including alumni of our program, representing a range of career pathways. The panel (in formation) includes:

As well as the Virtual Resume Workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 27 from noon to 1:00pm. At this event, program staff will workshop actual résumés, share tips for maximizing your résumé’s effectiveness, and provide an opportunity for Q&A. You can register for this workshop online.
