Webinar Description: Depression is among the leading causes of disability and affects more than 280 million people worldwide, with women comprising a larger proportion of those diagnosed. In this class, participants will discuss the causes, symptoms, and impact of depression, as well as ways to both seek and receive help. Though depression can be reliably diagnosed, few of those affected actually receive the proper treatment. Participants will learn the barriers to treatment as well as ways to overcome them for a happier, healthier life.
