Important Information: Fall 2024 Form A/Census Date

Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024 is the Form A/Census date for the Fall 2024 semester. As stated in the academic calendar it is the:   

·         Last day to drop with a 25% tuition refund. 

·         Last day to drop without a grade of W. 

·         Last day to change or declare a major/minor to be effective in the fall term. 

·         Last day to register for an independent study course for the fall term. 

·         Last day for faculty to submit Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Rosters. 

It is also the date that CUNY freezes our enrollment numbers to be reported to the State and National Student Clearing House. It is very important that all of your students are registered before 11:59pm on Sept. 17, otherwise they will not be captured in our headcount.
