The winter session will start shortly, so we would like to take this opportunity to share some important dates and deadlines set within the academic calendar (please note that the academic calendar is subject to change at any time by official action of the University):
· Wednesday, January 1:
o Last day to for students to drop class(es) for 100% tuition refund
· Thursday, January 2:
o Classes begin for winter session
o Last day for students to drop for a 50% tuition refund
o Last day for students to add a class or swap a class
o Date in which enrollment is captured for financial aid certification
· Saturday, January 4:
o Last day for students to drop for a 25% tuition refund
· Thursday, January 16:
o Last day for students to drop a course through Schedule Builder with a grade of W (which bears no impact to the GPA)
· Monday, January 20:
o College Closed (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)
· Thursday, January 23:
o Final Examinations
o End of Winter Session
o Grade rosters open for Winter 2025 session
· Sunday, January 26:
o Grade rosters for Winter 2025 close tonight at 11:59pm
