We are excited to announce the professional development opportunities available for Spring 2025 offered by University Human Resources – Professional Development and Learning (PDL). This season, we have a wide range of training programs and courses designed to support your growth and enhance your skills.
Spring 2025 offerings:
- PDL Spring Courses Offerings through DCAS – A variety of courses ranging from $75 to $150 per person (Supervisor Approval Required.)
- DCAS Open Enrollment– Citywide training in cultural awareness, management, technology, and more.
- Refocus and Lead: A Manager Refresh – A new program for managers with at least two and a maximum of six years of CUNY management experience, running Saturday, Mar. 15 through Sunday, June 15. (Supervisor Nomination Deadline: Friday, Feb. 28.)
- New Supervisors Program (NSP)– Tailored for employees new to their supervisory roles in CUNY, running Tuesday Apr. 15 through Monday, Sept. 15. (Supervisor Nomination Deadline: Friday, Mar. 7.)
- Campus On-Site Training Requests– Custom training sessions for campuses upon request through DCAS.
