CSI-TV’s exciting new series, Dolphin Origin Stories, continues with another episode today for the first time featuring a current CSI staffer. This week’s show sees former CSI Student Government President and alumnus Michael Ivany, who now works in the Office of Recruitment and Admissions. Dolphin Orgin Stories is a show dedicated to sharing the unique journeys of students, alumni, faculty, and staff at the College of Staten Island and is hosted by Nick Durst.
Ivany talked about his origins and why he chose to study at CSI and the opportunities that he was able to take advantage of. Ivany has stayed close to campus since graduation, and he explained what led him to his current position and how he is helping future classes at CSI in his new role.
Each episode of Dolphin Origin Stories will feature a different member of the campus community, showcasing their personal stories and what led them to become part of the College. From transfer students to first-generation college attendees, athletes to scholars, distinguished professors to essential staff, the show will highlight the diversity and determination of CSI’s campus body.
