The staff at LIT (Lost in Thought) Magazine, CSI’s online venue for all things literary, are excited to host poet Dianelly Antigua on the evening of Thursday, May 8 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. We had originally planned to receive Antiqua in person but decided to move the venue to a virtual space so that more folks will be able to attend.

Antiqua will read from her work for 20 to 30 minutes and then we will hold a Q&A with this remarkable writer.

Dianelly Antigua is a remarkable younger poet who writes out of a personal mythology that weaves in and converses with the handwritten diaries from her early years, during which she was a member of a cult and, as a result, had little contact with the outside world. Hers is a remarkably bold and funny voice.

Antiqua lives in Portsmouth, NH, and teaches creative writing in the MFA program at the University of New Hampshire. A recent Whiting Award recipient, her latest book is titled Good Monster (Copper Canyon Press, 2024).
