I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the extraordinary accomplishments of our faculty. Your scholarship, teaching, and service continue to elevate CSI and enrich the lives of our students.
In the past, Faculty Senate meetings have included the reading of individual accolades. Beginning this year, we will highlight these achievements in new ways. Faculty accomplishments will continue to be featured online at CSI Faculty Accolades, ensuring your work reaches a broader audience, both on and beyond our campus. The September and October accomplishments are already posted—please take a moment to explore and celebrate your colleagues’ successes.
I am also pleased to share that this spring we will host a dedicated celebration ceremony to honor faculty achievements together as a community—providing the time and space to recognize your contributions more fully.
This shift will also allow our Faculty Senate meetings to focus more deeply on key academic initiatives and the issues shaping our shared future.
