This message applies to College Assistants (and related titles), Non-Teaching Adjuncts, Continuing Education Teachers, and part-time College Lab Techs.
The University has notified campuses of the need for an early close for the Jan. 8, 2026, paychecks (Pay Period 20). As a result, there will be a limited number of days to process time sheets for College Assistants (and all related titles), Non-Teaching Adjuncts, Continuing Education Teachers, and part-time College Lab Techs. To ensure payment on Jan. 8. for time worked during pay period 20, all time sheets must be submitted according to the modified schedules below.
College Assistants – Approved time sheets for hours worked between Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025 to Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 must be submitted to CA-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Monday, Dec. 15, 2025.
Non-Teaching Adjuncts and Continuing Education Teachers – Approved time sheets for hours worked between Nov. 30, 2025 to Dec. 13, 2025 must be submitted to NTA-CLT-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Monday, Dec. 15, 2025.
Part-time College Lab Techs – Approved time sheets for hours worked between Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025 to Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025 must be submitted to NTA-CLT-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025. Time sheets for hours worked between Friday, Dec. 19, 2025 and Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025 will need to be submitted on Monday, Dec. 22, 2025 for a payment date of Jan. 22, 2026.
Time sheets not received by the deadlines above will be processed for PP21 with a pay date Jan. 22, 2026.
