Our mentoring program is designed to complement your college experience by helping you:

  • Apply what you’re learning to real projects
  • Build leadership and professional skills
  • Gain experience you can confidently speak about in interviews
  • Expand your network with mentors and peers

You’re already doing the work in the classroom.
This is your chance to bring it to life.

This is not busy work. It’s hands-on leadership experience.

You will:

  • Guide high school students through real-world projects
  • Support team collaboration and problem-solving
  • Gain mentorship and facilitation experience
  • Build leadership stories you can use in interviews
  • Expand your network in tech and entrepreneurship
  • Start Date: May 12
  • Schedule: Weekly in-person sessions (4:30pm – 6:30pm)
  • Location: CSI Innovation Hub | 35B Bay Street
  • Stipend: $1,000 total for selected mentors
