Please review the following link: July 2026 Rate Chart EMPLOYEES ONLY * for rate changes that may apply to your current health insurance plan. Premium free coverage is available to employees under certain plans, while other plans do require a payroll deduction. These rate changes are effective Wednesday, July 1 and changes will appear on the July 23 paycheck. If applicable, please review the deductions on your July 23 paycheck to ensure that they match these July 2026 rate changes. Please be advised that these rates are subject to future change. Notice of any other future rate changes will be available through the Health Benefits Program website at health-rate chart.

Fall Open Enrollment Transfer Period

This year, the annual open enrollment transfer period will begin on Sunday, Nov. 1, for active employees and end on Monday, Nov. 30. During that period, employees can:

   – Transfer to another health plan

   – Add or drop an optional rider

   – Add or drop dependents

   – Elect the Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program

Any changes made during November will become effective on the first day of the first full payroll period of 2027 on Jan. 21, 2027.
