The College of Staten Island will celebrate its first-generation college students on Thursday, November 5, with an afternoon dedicated to recognizing their achievements, resilience, and contributions to the campus community.

Sponsored by the Office of the President, Timothy G. Lynch, the First-Generation College Celebration will bring students, faculty, staff, and supporters together to honor the diverse journeys of first-generation Dolphins and the community that helps them succeed.

The celebration will take place from 2:30 to 4:25pm in the 1A Atrium. The gathering will offer an opportunity to connect, recognize student accomplishments, and celebrate the sense of belonging and opportunity that helps define the CSI experience. Refreshments will be served.

All are invited to join CSI in celebrating its first-generation students and the people who support their success.
