Please note that the last day for students to withdraw from a class for the current term is Friday, Nov. 6, 2026. After 11:59pm on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, students will no longer have the ability to drop a course on their own through Schedule Builder.
Please note the following:
- It is important for students to receive timely guidance from their advisers and instructors so that they can make an informed decision about whether to remain in a class or officially withdraw.
- Students withdrawing from all of their courses before the 60% date will have all of their Federal Direct Loans, Pell, and SEOG recalculated. They will be responsible for any balance due to the College after such recalculation. Please advise students to see their academic adviser as well as a financial aid adviser (if applicable).

In the event your student has issues or difficulties completing the course withdrawal process on their own, you may submit a Registrar Request Form on their behalf.
