College of Staten Island Vice President Michael Kress joined William Dudley, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, on a tour of Staten Island neighborhoods affected by Hurricane Sandy. President Dudley concluded his trip to Staten Island with a presentation and question and answer period with students at CSI.
