The College has received notice that John T. Shawcross, former Professor in the English Department, passed away on Mar. 8, 2011 in Lexington, KT. He taught at Staten Island Community College, the College of Staten Island, and The Graduate Center, CUNY. He left CSI in 1979 to accept a position at the University of Kentucky.
The College community sends its sympathy to John’s family.
