We are pleased to announce a new format to the online phone directory, which is now automatically generated by the College’s Active Directory. This means that there is no longer a need to maintain a separate phone directory. Any changes made to the Active Directory will appear in real time in the online phone directory.
Features of the new online phone directory include the ability to:
-search by last name, first name, department, building, or room number (partial and full search words are supported, a minimum of two characters is required to search)
-search by department from a drop-down list
-search by a building number, which will return a listing of all people in that building
-click on or search by a specific room number, which will return all the people in that room
-click on either an individual’s email address, last name, or first name; this will automatically bring up your mail program with the “To:” field populated with email addresses.
