The College of Staten Island men’s and women’s cross-country squads continue their racing season this morning, as they will travel to Van Cortlandt Park to take part in the York College Invitational. The men’s team, which haven’t been able to score yet as a team anticipate having a full lineup today and should register in the final standings.

Players To Watch (Women): Rebecca Vidal will lead the pace for the Dolphins as she will use her experience to help lift her teammates in a scoring effort. The women have averaged 11th place through three races so far this year and will hope to repeat last year’s 2nd place performance. Tristiana Adragna has proven to be one of the Dolphins’ top runners and will try to run her way to a top of the table finish.
Players To Watch (Men): After three straight meets not being able to score as a team, the men have a full scoring unit this morning and will look to match their first place finish they had a year ago at the York Invitational. Liam McMunn has been CSI’s top runner this season, followed closely by Andrew Scharf and Kenneth Morella. Recent roster addition Khaled Halwaniis expected to hit the ground running and could help the Dolphins in the scoring column considerably.
