The Fall 2020 Health Insurance Transfer Period (Open Enrollment) will take place from Thursday, Oct. 1 through Friday, Oct. 30, 2020 for an effective date of Friday, Jan. 1, 2021. The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Program Open Enrollment Period for Plan Year 2021 is Thursday, Oct. 1 through Friday, Nov.r 13, 2020 for an effective date of Friday, Jan. 1, 2021. The Plan Year 2021 FSA Program Brochure and the Plan Year 2021 FSA Enrollment/Change Form are available on the Office of Labor Relations (OLR) Website under Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)- Forms and Downloads.
Current 2020 participants (HCFSA & DeCAP) who want to re-enroll for 2021, will also need to download the Plan Year 2021 FSA Enrollment/Change Form on the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Website. This year, hard-copy forms will not be mailed to current participants.
All Plan Year 2021 FSA Enrollment/Change Forms should be uploaded to the secure site as detailed on the bottom of the enrollment/change form. Please do not mail forms to OLR because the office is closed and the package cannot be accepted.
MSC Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program for 2021:
Plan Year 2021 enrollment is automatic for current active participants. If participants would like to withdraw from the MSC Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program, they must complete both the 2021 MSC Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Enrollment/Change Form and a Health Benefits Application form. Please note that the annual buyout incentive payment is $500 for waiving individual coverage and $1,000 for waiving family coverage for Plan Year 2021.
