Interim Director of Communications & Marketing

David joined the Communications team in July of 2021, after spending the past 15 years at CSI as the school’s Associate Director of Athletics and Sports Information Director, where he was responsible for oversight of public and media relations and gameday operations for CSI’s NCAA Division II program. He also served as principal webmaster for CSI Athletics’ website at www.csidolphins.com, and was a part of comprehensive branding efforts undertaken by the program. He continues to serve as Chairperson for the College’s Athletics Hall of Fame Committee. A CSI graduate, he has a Bachelor of Science in Communications: Media Studies, and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies.

Terry joined the College of Staten Island in 2001 Writer/Editor. During his tenure at the College, he has served the College community in a number of capacities: writing, editing, and proofing projects for the Office of Design Services; acting as writer and reporter to generate articles for the Office of Communications; acting as Chief Editor of Eye on CSI magazine; overseeing the College Bulletin and Events Calendar; and serving as announcer at various College events, including the Dolphin Awards ceremony, Convocation, and most recently, Grad Walks. He received a BA in Communications and an MA in History from Northern Illinois University.
