For the second year in a row the Staten Island FerryHawks will be welcoming the CSI community with CSI Night at Staten Island University Hospital Community Park. CSI Night is set for Friday, August 25, when the FerryHawks take on their Atlantic League rivals, the Long Island Ducks, at 6:30pm.
CSI Night is open to the entire CSI community, including students, faculty, and staff, and lines up with CSI’s first day of classes of the fall semester. Tickets to the game are complimentary, and attendees will get to see CSI’s mascot, Danny the Dolphin, throwing out the evening’s ceremonial first pitch, and a ceremony honoring CSI “Hometown Hero” David Checchi, CSI’s Class of 2023 Valedictorian.
Members of the CSI community are entitled to one ticket each and are available on a first come, first-served, basis, so reserve your tickets now by visiting the Ticket Portal or by scanning the QR code below. The Staten Island FerryHawks are celebrating their second year as members of the Atlantic League. They currently sport a 12-13 record during the second half of their schedule, one game in front of the Ducks, who they have defeated six times this season.
CSI Night is a celebration of the great partnership between the College of Staten Island and the FerryHawks. Many of the FerryHawks players reside in CSI’s Dolphin Cove Residence Halls during the bulk of the season, which starts in late April and continues through September. WSIA, 88.9 FM, located on CSI’s campus, also provides radio coverage of FerryHawks games.
We hope to see our entire community come out to the ballpark on August 25 for CSI Night with the Staten Island FerryHawks.
