The Sports and REC Center (Building 1R) will be closed from Wednesday, Dec. 20 to Monday, Jan. 1.
The building will reopen from Tuesday, Jan. 2 to Wednesday, Jan. 24 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
The Sports and REC Center will fully reopen on Thursday, Jan.25 with normal operating hours of Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday, 10:00am to 1:00pm; and closed on Sunday..
As a reminder, 1R offers students, faculty, and staff a free Weight Room, Cardio Room, Peloton Bike Room, and an Intra-FIT Room. The Auxiliary Gym will be available during Open REC Sports Hours only. (However, none will be offered during the holidays and winter). Please go online for Spring 2024 IM and REC events (by early Feb. 2024) and Varsity Men’s and Women’s Home Basketball Games during the break.
A valid CSI ID is needed for entry to 1R and Rec facilities use.
