CSI Today Talks, the College of Staten Island’s official podcast, returns this week with special guest, alumnus Christopher Scandaglia who is currently making a difference for those with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
Co-hosted by CSI Communications’ David Pizzuto and Terry Mares, this week’s show returns with Pizzuto interviewing Scandaglia, a lifelong New York Yankees fan and a graduate of the Class of 2003. Scandaglia currently operates a non-profit, Chris4Lou, in memory of his grandfather, who passed away from ALS. Since then he has raised over $40K for community members battling the disease and ALS organizations supporting research for a cure. The Yankees have supported Scandaglia’s annual fundraising event which this year takes place at Above Rooftop at the Hilton Garden Inn in May.
