Join us for our upcoming NY State Government Contracting Workshop. We will speak with Nina Flores, Executive Director at the Staten Island Business Outreach Center who will provide an introductory workshop on gaining the M/WBE Certification with NY State. M/WBE stands for Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise, and the government is mandated to provide 30% of its contracts to organizations with the M/WBE Certifications. Obtaining the certification helps individuals from diverse backgrounds gain access to government contracts.
