In the Spring 2023 semester, the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction survey was administered to full-time faculty. The COACHE survey is designed to gather faculty perceptions of teaching, service, and research at CSI, as well as other aspects of the workplace. Over the course of this academic year, the CSI COACHE committee has been reviewing the survey results and beginning to develop recommendations to present to the President and Provost. On Tuesday, Apr. 16, 2024 from noon to 1:00pm, the COACHE committee will be holding a virtual Town Hall to present a summary of the 2023 COACHE Survey results based on the work of the committee. The committee will also provide time to discuss recommendations for improvement based on the findings.
Results of the Spring 2023 COACHE Survey for CSI are available through the Campus Intranet on the Institutional Research web site. Log in to the Intranet using your FLAS credentials and select the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey 2023 report.
