We are excited to announce a special opportunity to participate in a free yoga class hosted by the Veterans Yoga Project. This class is open to everyone in our campus community, and all experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a fantastic way to unwind, recharge, and build strength both mentally and physically.

The class will take place on Thursday, Nov. 14 in the Campus Center Quiet Room (Building 1C, Room 209) from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

The Veterans Yoga Project is dedicated to supporting mindfulness, resilience, and well-being through yoga. Join us for a unique session designed to promote relaxation and inner peace. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.
