This message applies to College Assistants ( and related titles), Non -Teaching Adjuncts, Continuing Education Teachers, and part-time College Lab Techs.
The University has notified campuses of the need for an early close for the Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025 paychecks (Pay Period 21). As a result, there will be a limited number of days to process time sheets for College Assistants (and all related titles), Non-Teaching Adjuncts, Continuing Education Teachers, and part-time College Lab Techs. In order to ensure payment on Jan. 9. for time worked during pay period 21, all time sheets must be submitted according to the modified schedules below.
College Assistants – Approved time sheets for hours worked between Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024 to Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024 must be submitted to CA-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024.
Non-Teaching Adjuncts and Continuing Education Teachers – Approved time sheets for hours worked between Dec. 1, 2024 to Dec. 14, 2024 must be submitted to NTA-CLT-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024.
Part-time College Lab Techs – Approved time sheets for hours worked between Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024 and Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024 must be submitted to NTA-CLT-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024. Time sheets for hours worked between Thursday, Dec. 18, 2024 and Saturday, Dec. 21, 2024 will need to be submitted on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024 for a payment date of Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.
Time sheets not received by the deadlines above will be processed for PP22 with a pay date Jan. 23, 2025.
