The College of Staten Island’s Center for the Arts is pleased to announce open auditions for its upcoming production of Thornton Wilder’s Our Town, one of the most celebrated plays in American theatre. Directed by Charlie Siedenburg with Assistant Director Allie Stein and Stage Manager Kathy Whelan, this fresh, dynamic staging of Wilder’s timeless classic will bring new life to a story that continues to resonate with audiences nearly a century after its debut.
Auditions will be held on:
- Sunday, October 5, 12:00–3:00 pm
- Monday, October 6, 7:00–9:00 pm
at the Williamson Theatre, Center for the Arts, Building 1P. An audition monitor will be present.
Actors may also schedule an audition by appointment by emailing ourtowncsi25@gmail.com with their preferred date and time. A confirmation email will be provided with details, and performers are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
Performances will take place at the Williamson Theatre, Center for the Arts, on:
- Friday, December 5, 7:00 pm
- Saturday, December 6, 7:00 pm
- Sunday, December 7, 2:00 pm
