I’m pleased to share that we will be implementing a new chatbot powered by Microsoft Copilot. Our contract with our current vendor, IVY, expires on Friday, Dec. 12. After reviewing current options, we’ve determined that Copilot offers significant improvements in technology, user experience, and integration capabilities compared to our existing system.
In addition to these enhancements, this transition will result in meaningful cost savings for the College, allowing us to allocate resources more effectively while improving the services we provide to students, faculty, and staff.
We will share more details about the rollout timeline in the coming weeks. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact me.
