Please be reminded that campus loading zones are reserved exclusively for vehicles that are actively loading or unloading. To ensure these areas remain accessible and properly used, the following policies must be observed:

Loading Zone Requirements:

  1. Active Loading/Unloading Only
    • Drivers may not park and leave their vehicles unattended for an extended period.
  1. Time Limits
    • Loading zones are limited to 15–30 minutes for loading and unloading.
  1. Use of Personal Vehicles
    • Personal vehicles may use loading zones only when a virtual loading zone pass has been issued.
    • A pass can only be issued after Dolphin Services receives a written request from a supervisor. Access is permitted once the request is approved and the virtual pass is created.

Violations:

Citations may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Vehicles occupying a loading zone beyond the permitted time.
  • Vehicles using a loading zone without an approved virtual pass.
