CSI Professor of Psychology Dan McCloskey was recently quoted in an article in Smithsonian magazine titled, “Naked Mole-Rats Prefer Low-Oxygen Air That Would Kill Most Mammals, Adding to Their List of Death-Defying Superpowers.”

Prof. McCloskey weighs in on how the mole-rats’ ability to survive low-oxygen environments might provide lessons on how to help stroke victims.
