We appreciate your diligence over the weekend by adhering to the guidelines below to protect our campus infrastructure. We are sending them out again to ensure that windows are closed and fan coil units are set to heat before the end of day to help safeguard our campus facilities during freezing temperatures. Please continue to adhere to these measures for the duration of the cold spell:
Please ensure the following:
1. Close all windows in your office, classrooms, labs, and meeting rooms.
2. Set fan coil units to the heat setting and leave them ON at all times. This is crucial to prevent freezing pipes and potential damage to our facilities.
3. For spaces that may remain unoccupied in your suite or department, please check and turn on the fan coil units in those areas as well.
4. If access to locked areas is needed, please contact the Central Plant for assistance.
