An op ed article by CSI Professor Emeritus of Biology, Dr. Fred Naider, has recently been published in The Jerusalem Post.
The article discusses the efforts of a woman whose family was affected by genetic abnormalities to convince the Israeli government to add genetic testing and in vitro fertilization to the nation’s health benefits system in an effort to eradicate certain genetically transmitted diseases.
