We are pleased to announce the launch of CSI-Wireless, a new and improved Wi-Fi network designed to provide a simpler, more seamless wireless experience across the College of Staten Island campus.

As part of this enhancement, effective Tuesday, Sept. 8, CSI-Staff and CSI-Student wireless networks will be decommissioned and replaced by a single network: CSI-Wireless.

What You Need to Know

  • New Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID): CSI-Wireless
  • Who Can Use It: Students, faculty, and staff
  • Benefits:
    • A streamlined connection experience for all users
    • Improved wireless management and security
    • Easier access across campus with a single network
  • Single Sign-On: using your CUNY logon credentials (firstname.lastname##@login.cuny.edu)
  • Instructions are online. (Note instructions for Android devices.)

Action Required

  • Please connect your mobile devices, laptops, tablets, and other wireless-enabled devices to CSI-Wireless. You may need to remove or “forget” the existing CSI-Student or CSI-Staff network from your device before connecting to the new network.
  • When prompted, log in using your CUNY login credentials.
