As we approach the upcoming election on Tuesday, Nov. 3, our office is seeking your partnership to help maximize student civic engagement across campus. Empowering our students to vote requires a collective effort, and we invite your office to join us in making these vital resources easily accessible.
Through our collaboration with NYC Votes—an initiative of the New York City Campaign Finance Board that ensures local elections remain fair, inclusive, and open—we have prepared comprehensive voting materials for your department.
How Your Department Can Partner With Us:
- Order Print Materials for Your Office: Use the link below (authenticated login required) to request custom-designed flyers in multiple sizes and official NYC Votes materials, which we will deliver directly to your office: 👉 [CUNY VOTES 2026 Voter Registration Information – Fill out form]
- Share Multilingual Voter Guides: We have a limited supply of official Voter Guides available in English, Spanish, Polish, Arabic, French, Hindi, Russian, Haitian Creole, Punjabi, Urdu, and Chinese (more coming). If you work with students who would benefit from these, please direct them to the Office of Student Life in the Campus Center (Building 1C), Room 201.
- Amplify on Social Media: If your department manages social media accounts, we have pre-designed graphics and captions ready for you to post.
Thank you for your leadership and dedication to fostering a civically engaged campus community.
