The Alumni Relations Office, in collaboration with the Career and Scholarship Center, presents “An Alumni Stimulus Package,” a special program intended for our alumni who have been affected by job loss or who face threatened job security in the current economy. The event will take place on Tuesday, Apr. 14 in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P) Recital Hall from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Eric Barron, a nationally recognized motivational speaker for management and career coaching, will be our featured presenter. Mr. Barron will address a wide range of skills and techniques needed to find/keep a job in tough economic times (or any time). Topics will include refreshing one’s resume, updating interview and communication skills, Internet job searches, and more.
This event is intended for our alumni; friends and family are also welcome, if accompanied by alumni. Pre-registration is required by calling Joanne German at 718.982.2290.
