The Strategic Planning process is getting underway. It is the goal of the Steering Committee to be inclusive of the entire CSI community during the process. On Thursday, Oct. 1, the consultant hired to facilitate our focus groups will be convening a preliminary focus group of HEOs in Building 1A, Room 406 from 9:00am to 11:00 am in 1A 406. If you are a HEO and would like to participate, please send an email to me no later than Tuesday, Sept. 29.
Twelve to 14 HEOs will be randomly selected from among those indicating availability and I will be in touch with you.
Please note that there will be other opportunities to participate in focus groups if you are not selected for the Oct. 1 preliminary group.
