For the last two weeks CSI has been experiencing intermittent Internet connectivity. We have been working to find a solution that would alleviate this issue. We believe that we may have resolved the intermittent connectivity issue, however there are other issues that remain that have to be addressed. Viruses also contribute to delay and we appreciate your efforts to maintain a clean machine. Please update your AV and patches to your system because this is your best defense against infection. Infected machines will be knocked off the network. If you believe that you have an infected or compromised machine, do not hesitate to call the Helpdesk and generate a help ticket. Using this limited resource responsibly will ensure that all users can access the network securely and reliably.
