The CUNY Campaign for Charitable Giving

I am writing today to encourage your support of The CUNY Campaign for Charitable Giving. During these challenging economic times, your support is truly needed more than ever before.

The CUNY Campaign for Charitable Giving provides assistance to the elderly, homeless, neglected and abused children, teens at risk of dropping out of school, and, numerous people in need within our community. The CUNY Campaign also assists with senior centers, child daycare centers, and after-school programs.

You can also provide direct support to our students at CSI through The CUNY Campaign. Designate your gift to the CSI Foundation by indicating code “1618” on your pledge form. Your contribution via payroll deduction, whether large or small, will directly enable scholarship support and emergency funds for CSI students in need.

Our campus contributions do make a difference.

Last year, CSI staff and faculty donated a total of $12,539 to The CUNY Campaign. This year, by working together, I am confident we can surpass our goal of $13,500.

If you have provided support in the past, thank you, and I hope you will consider making a larger investment this year. For those who have not made a donation in the past, please consider joining your colleagues and me in support of CSI and The CUNY Campaign.

Please take a moment to review the Campaign brochure online and download the pledge forms as a PDF. Campaign coordinators are Vice President Barbara Eshoo and Susan Been in the Office of Institutional Advancement. The completed forms should be returned via interoffice mail to VP Eshoo in Building 1A, Room 401, or by calling Susan Been at 718.982.2365 to arrange for your forms to be picked up.

If you have any questions or would like assistance in completing the forms, please speak with Susan Been at 718.982.2365.

Thank you so very much for your continued dedication to our College and the community.
