The Thomas Pickering Undergraduate Fellowship is now accepting applications.

The Thomas R. Pickering Undergraduate Foreign Affairs Fellowship program provides funding to participants as they are preparing, academically and professionally, to enter the United States Department of State Foreign Service. Women, members of minority groups that are historically underrepresented in the Foreign Service, and students with financial need are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, in their junior year of study, with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Strong consideration will be given to qualified applicants who demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and academic achievement in programs relevant to the work of the U.S. Department of State, such as international affairs, management, communications, history, political science, economics, and foreign languages.
