I am pleased to announce that in its oral summary, the Middle States Visiting Team determined that the College is in compliance with all 14 Standards. The Visiting Team will recommend full reaccreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Carlos Vargas-Aburto, Chair, and the entire Evaluation Team for their hard work, thoughtful suggestions, and positive commendations.
On behalf of the entire College community, I extend a special note of appreciation to Dr. Susan Holak, the College’s Middle States liaison, and Professor Richard Powers who co-chaired the Steering Committee. I also want to express my gratitude to the members of the College’s Middle States Steering Committee; all faculty, staff, and students who participated in the various working groups; and all those who have contributed to the development of the Self-Study.
The successful reaccreditation visit involved the entire College community. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who participated in the process over the last two and a half years.
