To rid the College of obsolete, broken, and unused equipment, the offices of Buildings and Grounds and Campus Planning conduct campus-wide pickups of the equipment twice a year, in February and July.   

Items for removal will be scheduled for pick up on  Friday, Feb. 1 through Thursday, Feb. 28. If you need equipment removed for discard, please forward an email to marilyn.ulrich@csi.cuny.edu; lillian.mcginn@csi.cuny.edu, and  georganne.sassano@csi.cuny.edu stating what the equipment is, including the CUNY barcode tag, and the location of the equipment. 

As the requests accumulate, Marilyn Ulrich of the Office of Buildings and Grounds, will contact each of you to set up a scheduled time to pick up the equipment. Please make your requests as early in the month as possible. There is limited storage space and once we reach our capacity, all remaining requests will be held until the next salvage pick-up period.
