Join the Academy of Retired Professors to learn what’s going on at CSI on Friday, Mar. 22 at noon.
First, we’ll have lunch at the Campus Center (Building 1C) Park Café. Next, Vice President for Information Technology and Economic Development Michael Kress will talk about the new CUNY Interdisciplinary High-Performance Computing Center (IHPCC) at CSI, the work it is doing now in its present facility, and the new building planned to house it on campus. (Mike is also Executive Director of the IHPCC.) Then, we’ll visit the IHPCC’s present facility, which is located in Building 1M, the former power plant, and which is relatively close to the Park Café.
