The weather outside has been less than frightful this winter, so why not head down to the FDR Boardwalk and Beach in South Beach and commit to freezing for a reason by participating in the Polar Plunge? Participants will take a dip, Sunday, Dec. 8 at noon, but registration for the event begins at 9 a.m.
