“Celebrate the World of Peptide Chemistry and Biology and Dr. Naider’s Contributions to CUNY and CSI,” honoring Dr. Fred Naider, Distinguished CUNY Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry, the Leonard and Esther Kurtz Term Professor at the College of Staten Island, Department of Chemistry and Macromolecular Assemblies Institute at CSI, and The Graduate Center, CUNY, will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 on the CSI campus from 8:00am to 5:00pm, followed by a festive banquet that evening.
Dr. Naider is a leading scholar and teacher, and has played a crucial role in developing the Chemistry Department and contributing to the academic leadership of CSI.
The symposium and the papers presented will focus on Dr. Naider’s scholarship in peptide chemistry and biology.
