Dr. Ismael García-Colón is selected as one of the distinguished panelists at the symposium “One-Hundred Years of the Jones Act & Puerto Rican U.S. Citizenship”, examining the history and legacy of the naturalization of Puerto Ricans as United States citizens.
The event will take place on Friday, October 16th, 2015 at the CUNY Silberman School of Social Work at 2180 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10035.
