College of Staten Island Political Science Professor Dr. Ming Xia was recently quoted in an article on the web site What Is Said. In the article, “Xinjiang Regional Government Passes New Counterterrorism Law,” Dr. Xia comments on a new law that is arguably meant as a further crackdown on Uyghurs.
