This past week, we had two great walking sessions. This week, we will not be walking on Monday so people can attend the union meeting;  I am leaving you on your honor to get that walk in.

However, we will be walking next Thursday, Oct. 29. Remember to bring your sneakers.

Remember to come to the track every Monday and Thursday at 12:15 to join us. If it is raining, go to the second floor of the Sports and Recreation Center (Building 1R) and we will walk/talk around the pool.

This week’s early morning talk is on  Thursday, Oct. 29 at 8:30am in Building 5S, Room 213B. I hope to see you all there.

In addition, I will be scheduling two to three extra fitness classes as I promised at the kick-off breakfast, so I do have one question for all of you: Would you be more likely to attend an exercise class on Sunday morning, Nov. 1 from 9:30am to10:30am or on Saturday morning, Nov. 7 from 9am to 10:00am?
