The College of Staten Island men’s basketball team is coming off one of the most draatic wins in their program’s history, and the team will be right back in action today, playing Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the WPI Tournament’s Championship leg, at 3pm.  WPI was a big winner yesterday, while CSI overcame a 29-point second half deficit to take a 98-92 overtime win over Colby College.

Players To Watch (CSI):  Look no further than Frank Schttino, who last night set a new CSI Men’s Basketball Single Game record with 43 points against Colby College.  He also led the team in rebounds with 9 and assists with four.  Will Fonseca dumped in 19 points, and is now averaging 21.5 through the first two games.
Players To Watch (WPI):  WPI’s balanced attack is led by Chris Rodgers’ 10 points per game through three games this season.  Obi Obiora is averaging 9 points per game while Aaron Todd is averaging 7.7 points and a team best 7.0 rebounds per game.
