The College of Staten Island women’s volleyball team will head to Lehman College to take part in the CUNYAC Quarterfinals at 6:00 pm.

Players To Watch (CSI): Selma Kolenovic will need to have a better performance than the last time these two teams met as she recorded just four kills. Kolenovic is the big threat for the Dolphins and when she is on, she can cause a problem for any opposing defense. Brittany Minondowill move the ball with grace near the net to help set up her teammates to spike it down for the kill. Rosamarie Gonzalez has improved as the season has gone on and has become a premier net defender and will welcome the matchup against Aquino this time around.
Players to Watch (LC): Jo-Marie Aquino tore apart the Dolphin’ defense earlier this year when she recorded 15 kills while hitting .184. Salveira Gonzalez also had a big game as she tallied eight kills with six errors.
News and Notes: The Dolphins have lost 10 consecutive times to the Lightning and their last win came in the 2007 season where they swept 3-0. Staten Island has faced Lehman six times in the postseason and have only picked up one win which also came in the 2007 season.
