We are happy to announce a new entry in our Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) Blog Series, “Choosing between Electronic and Paper Texts” by Rose O’Malley (CSI Graduate Writing Fellow).
Professors: As we near the end of the semester, do you find yourself wondering if you should make the switch to electronic texts on your spring syllabi? If so, you should know that changing from paper to electronic is not that simple; studies show that, from enjoyment to comprehension of the material, students experience reading differently between traditional and digital texts.
